Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes WASPslot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages WASPslot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged. We package out products well, please contact us at Info@waspslot.co.uk if you have any damage to your products on arrival.
International Shipping Policy We currently ship to the UK and certain international destinations including EU, Ociana, USA & Canada. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties.
